Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I put the wrong address in my order, how can I update it?
Fictionally Inspired will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address. Email support@fictionallyinspired.com as soon as possible to update, however we cannot change address once fulfilment has begun.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at support@fictionallyinspired.com
How can I check the status my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. please note, Fictionally Inspired reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. to start this process please email us at support@fictionallyinspired.com

My items arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
